Job Title: ABM & Strategic Events Field Marketing Operations Manager

Job Summary: - We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. This hybrid role emphasizes providing data-driven insights, supporting marketing strategies, streamlining operational processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled in business intelligence tools, marketing operations, and cross-functional team communication, with a knack for creating impactful presentations and managing stakeholder updates effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead data collection, analysis, and presentations for initiatives.
- Develop and share concise weekly reports to assist in selecting key accounts and campaign locations.
- Create and refine RTB and GTM documentation to align and optimize marketing strategies.
- Coordinate weekly calls with reporting stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Integrated campaign teams, events COE, and Marketing Ops, to craft and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, and cross cloud teams as applicable.
- Partner with COE to design scalable business reports, such as Event Engagement Pipelines and Automated Nomination Forms.
- Maintain and update the public SharePoint with marketing programs, assets, and reports.
- Create and distribute monthly newsletters to the ecosystem, featuring program updates, highlights, and recaps.
- Manage CRM updates, including creating campaign IDs and overseeing lead submissions while optimizing the lead scoring process.
- Ensure transparency in budget management by tracking and processing purchase orders across verticals.
- Manage vendor relations, including creating purchase orders (POs), facilitating vendor registration, and maintaining system updates.
- Follow up on event registrations and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and performance.
- Support event management by tracking key metrics, such as attendance and engagement, and sharing findings with relevant teams.
- Build strong working relationships across teams and functions to ensure seamless collaboration on key initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders through meetings, newsletters, and reports.
- Lead the creation of visually compelling and impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate data insights, strategies, and recommendations.
- Foster effective communication by aligning team members on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with purchase order processes, vendor management, and workflow automation tools like Power Automate.
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience in creating scalable reports and dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
