The Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk supports daily retail store operations by managing and developing a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. They collaborate with the store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and operational initiatives while coaching team members to ensure high performance. This role requires leadership skills, retail and telecommunications experience, strategic problem-solving, and a commitment to driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
