Associate Creative Director Creative & Marketing Agency

Client Overview: Our client, a leading creative and marketing agency is seeking an Associate Creative Director with 8+ years of multidisciplinary creative experience, preferably with consumer brands. This role is central to developing breakthrough campaign concepts and overseeing the execution of high-impact visual assets for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing innovative thinking with executional excellence. This role requires both strong leadership and hands-on creative expertise to drive campaigns across digital, social, video, experiential, and branding.

Associate Creative Director Responsibilities:

• Concept Development Create integrated campaign ideas across social media, digital, video, events, and experiences. Develop moodboards, storyboards, and design mocks for client presentations.
• Campaign Execution Direct and oversee the execution of campaigns across print, motion, video, and digital while managing internal and freelance creative talent.
• Brand Identity Maintain and refine brand identities, develop brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all creative work.
• Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of art directors, designers, and coordinators, fostering growth and innovation.
• Creative Network Building Cultivate relationships with photographers, illustrators, animators, and other creative talent to enhance agency capabilities.

Associate Creative Director Qualifications:

• A proven portfolio showcasing bold, innovative, and culturally relevant creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with video editing and animation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Deep understanding of design, video, style, and culture trends to create cutting-edge work.
• Ability to mentor creative teams, uphold high creative standards, and manage projects efficiently.
