What’s Under the Hood?

This technician will be getting hands-on with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles—all while showing leadership potential and a drive to grow. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of experience, a sharp mind, a coachable attitude, and either ASE certifications in hand or a willingness to earn them.

The Daily Tune-Up:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Keep the workflow humming in a productive, fast-paced shop.
• Log repairs and diagnostics using the latest shop tech.
• Stick to safety and quality standards like a pro.
• Flex those leadership muscles with an eye on moving up the ranks.
• Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training and certification opportunities.

What It Takes to Roll with This Crew:

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive repair (dealership or independent shop experience preferred).
• ASE certifications are a plus—if not, be ready to earn them!
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving chops.
• A team player mindset with solid communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate (and yes, they’ll help make that happen).
