About the role Braintrust is looking for a Brand Designer to define, develop, and execute our brand and visual identity to distinguish Braintrust as the brand leader in our category. This is a high-impact and foundational role, shaping our brand identity to codify visual systems that underpin our website, application, advertising, sales and marketing materials. The ideal candidate has experience crafting, executing and evolving visual brand identities. You’ll be responsible for developing a visual design strategy including web design, branding, decks, out of home, swag, events, and more. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary design team and collaborate with marketing and sales partners. What you’ll do Establish and evolve our visual identity, ensuring it effectively communicates our mission to developers as an end-to-end AI development platform. Lead creative for key brand and marketing efforts like landing pages, product launches, events, and sales. Bring enthusiasm, focus and drive to every project. Collaborate with internal and external partners on creative strategy, execution, and production for Braintrust's marketing advertising. Contribute to the strategic vision and evolution of our visual aesthetic. Work in a fast-paced environment, shipping work quickly and often. Define and drive design guidelines, principles, and systems that ensure a cohesive brand experience. Shape a brand experience that feels intuitive and resonates for technical audiences. What you’ll need Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating visually appealing and thoughtful brand experiences. A refined grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color, and layout. Proven ability to lead design and execution across a range of marketing assets including landing pages, decks, in-person events, and large-scale campaigns. Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and experience executing across a range of mediums with a focus on craft, quality, and attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, passionate team environment. Proven ability to design for technical products and a deep understanding of developer audiences.
