Please follow our standard procedures on-site and be fully prepared to complete the scope. As a technician, maintain a professional and courteous attitude while working. Once on-site, greet the customer and let them know who you are working with, and show them your ID and/or Work Order. Be professional even under stressful situations. Communicate often with the customer and Helpdesk as your work proceeds. Dress Code - Long pants (jeans, khakis, or work pants), collared shirt (button up or polo), closed-toed shoes. No t-shirts, shorts, sandals, graphic, or offensive clothing of any kind. Times and MOD signed Work Orders are used for payment, NOT worker platform times. IF APPLICABLE, RETURN DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT USING THE RETURN LABEL IN THE BOX THAT IS STAPLED TO THE PACKING SLIP. Required DeliverablesDeliverables must be submitted in real-time, while on-site. Do not leave the site until New Mill Tech has approved your deliverables.Deliverables will be uploaded via the Qualtrics link provided in the work order.
