Call Center Representative (Full-Time) - Torrance, CA

Are you a great communicator with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others? We're looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to join our team in Torrance, California.

This is an on-site position (not remote), with shifts from Thursday to Sunday, including closing shifts. If you're looking for a job with growth potential, a supportive team, and great benefits, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule:

Thursday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Friday: 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Sunday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Since our Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we're looking for candidates who can work weekends and have schedule flexibility.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls from potential customers inquiring about our products.
Provide friendly, professional customer service, helping callers with product questions and order placement.
Educate customers about our products and promotions aired on television.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain accurate data entry while assisting customers.
Handle occasional downtime between calls.

Important Requirements:

Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
