About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join its executive leadership team. The CHRO will be responsible for designing and advancing the organization's HR strategy, ensuring it aligns with the mission of driving societal change and promoting disability inclusion. This pivotal role involves leading HR initiatives that support business objectives, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and innovation, and serving as a strategic counselor on all HR-related matters. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 15 years' of relevant experience, with a proven track record in leading HR in a complex, diverse environment. Experience in US government contracting and union contract negotiations is preferred. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include strategic leadership in HR, operational excellence in all HR functions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive integrated solutions. The role also involves championing DEI initiatives, ensuring ethical HR practices, and providing leadership in government contracting HR practices. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. The CHRO will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to promoting DEI and to have a sensitivity to cultural and language diversity. The position requires a leader who can provide data-driven insights, and HR metrics, and ensure that HR initiatives contribute to the organization's financial performance and operational effectiveness.
