Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a high-profile corporate manufacturing and production facility. You’ll ensure client satisfaction, manage budgets, and drive timelines while leading project planning, execution, and risk mitigation for construction, infrastructure, capital, and expense projects. You will hold teams accountable to deadlines and commitments, ensuring seamless project implementations. Your leadership will be key in delivering successful projects that support the facility’s operations. What You'll Do:
  • Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages to relay timely and useful information.
  • Provide monthly financial forecasts and collaborate with finance and vendors to ensure proper invoicing.
  • Monitor the project against the budget, flagging deviations and adjusting timelines as needed.
  • Update scope documents and obtain client approval for any relevant changes in the project.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction and coordinate actions to address feedback, ensuring client support.
  • Manage the change control process, maintain communication standards, collaborate with safety managers, and support proposal development with local and central teams.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Mechanical or Engineering Degrees preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, focused on managing projects in facilities operations, construction, and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with measurable results and accomplishments.
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen, with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of Maximo and other BAS systems and/or PMP certification is a plus
