Who we are
We are a commercial plumbing and mechanical contractor based out of Henrico, VA. Our Special Projects team handles projects ranging from $100,000 to just under $1,000,000 while our Major Projects team handles projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $15,000,000. Our projects span the entirety of Virginia, with the majority being in Richmond and Tidewater Area. We are on a path of continued growth and are looking for team members that want to grow with us.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Manager located in Richmond, VA. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing a several different projects for a variety of customers. You will also be responsible for working with superintendents and project engineers to coordinate, budget, and plan successful projects. Travel is required for this position, although overnight stays are almost never necessary.
