Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent for multi-family projects from 10-100 units located in Middlesex, Worcester, or Essex counties. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing project schedules, coordinating with various teams and contractors, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring project completion on time and within scope. The role requires a candidate who can manage site logistics and maintain quality control on all project aspects.
