JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Acts as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support. Responsible for placing/ answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED and 0-2 years of experience Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
