ABOUT THE ROLE:

Pella Windows & Doors of Denver is looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Customer Service Representative who’s energized by complexity, chaos (the good kind), and keeping customers happy from start to finish.

This isn’t your average CSR role. You won’t be reading from a script or passing tickets down the line. Instead, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—juggling multiple priorities, thinking on your feet, and bringing clarity to the noise. You’ll become a trusted resource for homeowners and contractors alike, navigating schedules, service needs, and smart solutions with confidence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own 50+ daily customer interactions—calls, emails, and face-to-face—focused on service and satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with curiosity and urgency; no two calls are the same.
  • Coordinate and confirm service appointments with both homeowners and field technicians.
  • Update job details in Salesforce and internal systems with speed and precision.
  • Adapt to changing workflows and new technology as we fully implement Salesforce.
  • Partner with service managers and sales teams to navigate customer needs and job timelines.
  • Track open issues and proactively follow up to ensure no detail falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High School Diploma or GED (college coursework a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service required, admin support, or dispatching— Preferred in construction or home services.
  • A proactive mindset: you don't wait to be told what to do—you see a need and take action.
  • Comfortable working with urgency, shifting gears quickly, and managing multiple demands.
  • Fast, accurate data entry and great attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word; Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction, windows, or home improvement industry is a big plus.
