This is a senior creative leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking, creative excellence, and team mentorship with a strong design sensibility. You will lead high-profile branding projects from concept to execution and help shape the creative culture of the studio. As Design Director, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - strategy, client services, copy, and production to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional, strategically grounded creative work. You’ll also play a key role in client relationships and support new business efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative direction and execution of branding and design projects across a wide range of clients Manage and mentor a team of designers, supporting their growth and ensuring high-quality output Present work clearly and confidently to clients, articulating the strategic and creative rationale behind decisions Collaborate with strategists and account leads to develop insight-driven, brand-building creative solutions Identify creative opportunities for client growth and agency development Maintain strong alignment and collaboration with global creative teams to ensure consistency and share best practices Qualifications 8+ years of experience in branding and design, preferably with exposure to CPG, lifestyle, or consumer brands A portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength, executional excellence, and versatility across brand identity systems Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams and manage complex projects Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally Deep understanding of design systems, visual storytelling, and brand architecture Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools Experience in motion, digital, or 3D is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package A supportive, collaborative, and creatively ambitious work environment Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing US studio with global reach Interested?
