Director, US Franchise and Customer Strategy, Cell Therapy Medical Affairs Join us to apply for the Director, US Franchise and Customer Strategy, Cell Therapy Medical Affairs role at Bristol Myers Squibb . About the Role Location: NJ Based We are expanding our cutting-edge Cell Therapy Medical organization. The Director will report directly to the Senior Director of US Medical, Cell Therapy Franchise and Customer Strategy. The role involves creating unified strategic plans for external engagement across diseases/therapeutic areas and overseeing their seamless execution. Success requires a deep understanding of unmet needs and healthcare infrastructure for cell therapy, along with effective collaboration across matrix functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the coordination and execution of thought leader engagement initiatives across all US Cell Therapy teams, including identification and advisory boards, account planning, and execution. Serve as the disease area point of contact for US medical congress strategies, coordinating plans and tactics for national and regional congresses. Support development of patient strategies, including educational resources. Advise on advocacy and professional society strategies and execution. Collaborate with matrix teams to maximize efficiencies and demonstrate medical impact. Coordinate key disease area activities, such as budget planning, team meetings, and vendor management. Develop content and provide updates for leadership. Qualifications & Experience Advanced Medical/Biology degree (MS, PhD, PharmD) with at least 5 years of pharma industry experience. Deep knowledge of US healthcare system and cell therapy customer needs. Highly organized, efficient, and motivated, with ability to lead multiple projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with management interface experience. Proven agility in prioritizing and managing competing demands.
