Job Summary
We are seeking a Document Control Specialist to join our team! You will be working closely with Engineering & Design personnel to create and maintain accurate and compliant engineering capital and maintenance project documentation. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience utilizing document management software, is an expert us utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel, while also possessing excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution of document management processes on engineering capital and maintenance projects
• Receive, review, electronically file, and distribute multi-discipline engineering and fabrication records
• Send/receive transmittals of fabrication/engineering records to/from vendor
• Track & report document & drawing review status
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute team action item list, meeting minutes
• Maintain project document index
• Submit documents for internal review/approval
• Able to understand and interpret drawing redline markups and revision blocks. Seek clarification if required from project stakeholders
• Complete work in a timely manner
• Work closely with other members of the drafting team as well as design partners to verify accuracy and details
• Follow all company guidelines for best practices
• Track all time spent on projects accurately

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Document Control experience for EPC or Owner / Operator projects
• Expert use of document editing & review tools such as Bluebeam & Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• The ability to work well within a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
• Interpersonal skills to work within a small team, taking direction from Engineering & Design Personnel
• Time management skills
