In this role, you will conduct interactive sessions that are a seamless mix of fun and learning to foster motor and sensory skills. You will help preschoolers develop interpersonal skills through activities that encourage interaction, emotional recognition, and expression. Your focus will be on recognizing and addressing each child's unique developmental needs, ensuring they confidently reach their individual milestones at a pace that suits them.

What You Will Be Doing - Lead engaging activities like art projects and simple science experiments that nurture motor and sensory skills

Early Childhood Educator Key Responsibilities Help preschoolers develop a love of learning in early childhood and achieve age-appropriate milestones as measured by real-world challenges
Basic Requirements - Located in or willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX
- At least 1 year of professional experience working with Preschool children (0-5 yrs old) in a preschool, daycare, early learning center, or similar early childhood education setting
- The legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements - An Associate's degree with a focus on Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Reading Education, Child Development, or a related area
- Experience in a Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based preschool environment

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
