Job Description: What You’ll Do: Consulting & Account Management: Engage with business owners to assess energy needs, provide tailored energy solutions, and manage ongoing client relationships. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand and improve their energy efficiency. Sales & Product Solutions: Offer energy-saving products and services that align with client needs, effectively managing a portfolio of accounts. Account Expansion & Retention: Develop strategies to retain existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand services and grow accounts. Training & Expertise: Continuously build product knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest energy-efficient solutions, enabling you to offer valuable insights to clients. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless account management, service delivery, and client satisfaction. A Typical Workday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Participate in internal meetings and client calls to discuss new solutions, optimize current plans, and engage with potential leads. 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Focus on account management activities, client follow-ups, and conducting in-person or virtual consultations to present solutions and increase sales. Key Responsibilities: Energy Solutions Consultation: Assess the energy consumption patterns of clients and provide tailored energy-saving solutions to optimize usage. Client Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Sales & Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring each one receives personalized energy management solutions and services. Product Knowledge & Training: Stay up-to-date on the latest energy products and services to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service agreements, and sales performance. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business, Energy Management, or related field is a plus) At least 6 months of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the energy or utility industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong customer relationship-building and management abilities Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously Basic understanding of energy management solutions is a plus Availability: Full-time availability Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as necessary Must have a personal vehicle for site visits in the Bryn Mawr area Performance Expectations: Consistent attendance and punctuality Meeting or exceeding sales and account growth targets High client satisfaction with minimal complaints Strong attention to detail in all client interactions and account management activities Ready to Grow Your Career with Us?
