Pay: $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm during peak season.

What You'll Do:

• Support technicians and installers on HVAC jobs
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites
• Learn HVAC basics on the job
• Follow safety protocols and instructions
• Develop into a skilled tradesperson over time
• Demonstrate the ability to pick up new tasks and concepts quickly
• Be prepared to take ownership of leading jobs and work autonomously in the near future

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in tight spaces or at heights
• Construction experience a plus
• Currently in or recently graduated from an HVAC program? Even better!
• No HVAC experience required - just the right mindset
