Pay: $17.50 per hour plus performance bonuses and incentives

5 to 6-week Paid Training

Full-time evening or overnight schedule choices available. Working weekends, Saturday and Sunday, required

Located in Union, New Jersey, our state -of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. This Customer Service Representative role is pivotal in monitoring alarms and dispatching appropriate authorities for residential and businesses across North America. We are proud to partner with nationally recognized security, PERS, and IoT providers to unique technology startups. You will be the first line of defense for our partners by providing real time assistance in order to protect their lives and properties.

Responsibilities Include

  • Respond quickly to real-time, inbound security and emergency alarm signals according to the required protocols to assess the appropriate course of action
  • Coordinate with emergency services such as police, fire, or medical personnel, to dispatch them to the location of the alarm
  • Document alarm activities, procedures, and actions taken and the resulting outcomes or resolutions achieved
  • Adhere to regulations and protocols governing alarm and emergency response procedures, ensuring compliance at all times

Requirements

  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience required
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to attend full 5 to 6-week afternoon Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm training
  • Must be able to work on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday
  • Comfortable using a computer and modern technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy learning new skills and applications
  • Access to reliable transportation
