Overview:
A dynamic, high-profile CEO is seeking an experienced, ultra-organized, and highly discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both professional and personal capacities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to anticipate needs, and seamless coordination across multiple time zones. You will be a trusted gatekeeper, travel companion, and logistical expert, enabling the CEO to focus on business priorities with confidence that all behind-the-scenes operations are flawlessly managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence
Arrange complex international travel itineraries, including private and commercial flights, accommodations, ground transport, and visas
Serve as a personal liaison, coordinating household staff, personal appointments, family logistics, and confidential matters
Accompany the CEO on global business trips, managing in-transit logistics and ensuring preparedness for meetings, events, and appearances
Monitor and respond to urgent communications at all hours; must be available 24/7
Execute ad hoc personal and business projects with discretion and efficiency
Liaise with internal teams, board members, clients, and external vendors on the CEO’s behalf
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Willingness and ability to travel extensively and be on call around the clock
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required (additional languages a plus)
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and travel platforms
Discreet, trustworthy, and poised under pressure
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation:
