Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate offset printing presses to produce printed materials on a variety of substrates.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain presses for optimal performance, ensuring color accuracy, registration, and print quality.
• Monitor print quality during production, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the press, ensuring all components are functioning correctly.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow, including meeting deadlines and production targets.
• Ensure proper paper handling, ink mixing, and press adjustments to ensure print jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues during production and work closely with maintenance teams for more complex repairs.
• Maintain safety standards and follow all company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating sheet-feed printing presses.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of offset printing technology, press setup, and color management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with press diagnostics, maintenance procedures, and quality control techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently deliver high-quality printed materials with minimal waste.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

This would be for our second shift after day shift training takes place.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4:30pm - 1:00am
