Fence Installer
Location: New Baltimore, MI
Pay: $60,000 at estimated workload
Full-time | Year-round work (winter may have time off)

We are looking for experienced Fence Installers to join our team and help deliver top-tier craftsmanship to our customers. What You’ll Do:
✅ Install aluminum fences with precision and efficiency
✅ Read blueprints, measure property lines, and ensure proper post placement
✅ Use hand and power tools to set posts, attach panels, and secure gates
✅ Work with as a crew to complete installations in a timely manner
✅ Maintain a clean and safe job site
✅ Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in fence installation (aluminum preferred, but wood, vinyl, and chain-link experience is a plus)
✔ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
✔ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
✔ Must be punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented
