Responsibilities:

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs or challenges.
• Analyze variances between actual and projected financial results, providing detailed explanations.
• Utilize data mining techniques to uncover patterns and valuable insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed analyses and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies while handling sensitive data.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.• Proven experience in financial analysis within a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Strong ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses to address business challenges.
• Expertise in variance analysis, including identifying and explaining deviations.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools for extracting actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
