The   Intern FP&A   provides the finance and business acumen necessary to create a   standardize   costing process for the filtration org. The Intern will lead strategical analysis, providing detailed pricing reconciliations and suggestions. Possessing a strong service orientation, strategic business focus and excellent attention to detail, the Intern will evaluate our pricing structure to improve business results vs.   objective.  

Duration : June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025. Must be available for the first week (6/2 - 6/6), the last week (8/4 - 8/8) and at least 7 of the  8 weeks   between 6/9 - 8/1. Any known absence must be communicated in advance to Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager.  

 
Schedule/Hours per week : Monday – Friday,  30-40 hours   per week   during   the 10-week   program.  

Location:   Tampa, FL

Pay : $24 / hour 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Communicate effectively cross-functionally to create a thorough understanding of current pricing and data structures, proactively   identify   opportunities, and encourage passion for improvement and goal attainment across the teams  

• Ensuring focus on exceptional cost control processes  

• Interpret results and articulate actionable recommendations to maximize profitability and ensure financial targets are achieved  

• Develops financial models, proposals, presentations, and performance measures to provide confidence to Executive Team   regarding   pricing decisions  

• Leads reconciliation of machines on locations and customer price records  

• Develops and recommends a standard operating process for data flows associated with new customer adds  

• Review existing pricing records for accuracy and financial flow through  

• Desire to win, win, win  

• Desire to continuously improve  

• Currently pursuing a BA, BBA, or MBA degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting  

• Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly   regarding   presenting the results of analyses to management  

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools, specifically Excel
