General Dentist (DDS / DMD) - Associate or Partner Opportunity
Doman Dental is searching for an Associate Dentist that is looking for a long term business model & strategy that will allow them to be part of a unique opportunity in the Lehi, UT community.

Dr. Doman & his team are searching for a motivated Dentist (DDS or DMD) that is ready to take on a leadership role within his thriving practice & drive results to support the expansion & growth that their team is striving to achieve. This is a unique opportunity with unlimited growth potential where you have the ability to prove yourself & take this practice to the next level?
Compensation:
-Compensation will be based on your experience & your ability to deliver high quality treatment (typical compensation range is between $150,000 - $300,000 based upon your individual dental production & future ownership)
-Associate Opportunity with ability to become a Junior Partner or Owner in the practice
-You will either be paid a Percentage of Collections or a Competitive Base Salary.
-As you contribute to building the practice & driving positive results, the options for ownership stake become available
-Established practice that will provide you with a set schedule 2 days/week & the ability to increase based on your production results

Qualifications:
-DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
-Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
-Ability to maintaining state required insurance coverage
-3 Years of clinical experience in General Dentistry is a plus
-Strong leadership and management skills
-You must be driven, motivated, and eager to exceed your endless potential
-You must be trustworthy & committed to doing the right things for the right reasons
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Serve as a leader in the practice to create team culture, drive revenue, and ensure patient satisfaction
-Deliver dental care needs to all patients including: evaluating x-rays, performing oral exams, completing basic restorations, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, dentures, periodontal treatments, etc.
-Develop treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues.
-Interact with patients & instruct them on proper oral care.
-Build relationships with local specialists to refer patients to if needed.
