What We're Looking For

• Management experience: Demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.
• QSR/fast food experience: While not required, previous experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) or fast food industry is a plus.
• Hands-on approach: Display a hands-on management style, actively monitoring team engagement and providing support as needed.
• Communication and organizational skills: Possess strong communication and organizational abilities to effectively lead and coordinate your team.
• Work-life balance advocate: Embrace a work-life balance mindset and champion the importance of a healthy work-life equilibrium for yourself and your team.
• Taco lover: Show a genuine love for tacos, and bonus points if you have an affinity for burritos, quesadillas, and nachos!
