About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Americas Issues Management Regulatory & Audit Reporting Coordination within its Global Financial Crimes Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of core compliance and financial crimes compliance issues data and information for regulatory and internal audit engagement requests. This role requires the identification of relevant data, research, and coordination with stakeholders to provide accurate information, as well as the development of data, analyses, and presentation materials. The VP will also be involved in all aspects of the administration of issues management, including stakeholder communications, and will be accountable for the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' of risk management experience, with a preference for those with specific knowledge in the financial crimes compliance area. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to create high-quality presentations, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong project management skills, a track record in program management, and the ability to drive complex discussions with senior management are essential. The candidate must be a proactive problem solver, have a team-oriented approach, and be capable of leading and managing teams to deliver quality work on time. A BBA/BA/BS degree is required, and relevant professional qualifications such as ACAMS are a plus.
