The Group Sales Manager is an enthusiastic and competitive individual with experience in hotel sales processes and functions. Responsibilities include:

  1. Selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups
  2. Managing accounts and conducting site inspections
  3. Soliciting and generating business
  4. Preparing and presenting effective proposals
  5. Maintaining well-organized documentation and reports
  6. Coordinating customer service requirements as appropriate
  7. Participating in and potentially leading sales, event, and staff meetings

This role involves working with major-market sized groups, requiring high lead volume and strong selling skills.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 , commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • A minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred
