Assist with customers on MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers) hiring inquiries and handle after-sales issues, including service recovery as needed.
Facilitate the selection & interview of MDWs.
Perform administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of MDWs.
Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the MOM.
To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in the service industry is a plus.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is necessary to effectively communicate with customers who speak these languages.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays, with days off according to the duty roster.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $2800.00 - $3500.00 per month Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
