Drive recruiting efforts, attract top-tier talent, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
Build strong relationships across teams to support employee engagement, retention, and development
Manage HR compliance, benefits administration, and performance management with precision and care
Be a key voice in DEI, wellness, and employee culture initiatives
2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (or in a similar HR role)
A deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — you're approachable, empathetic, and a natural problem-solver
Strong HRIS and systems experience is a plus
