Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid-Business Systems Analyst Lead in Pittsburgh(PA) or Dallas(TX) locations
Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead
Position Location: Pittsburgh(PA) or Dallas(TX) - hybrid 3 days in office 2 remote
Ability to work remotely: yes 2 days a week
Acceptable time zone(s): EST / CST
Working Hours (Flexible): 8 am-5 pm
Travel: NO
Days of the week: M-F 40 hours
OT: NO
Duration: Contract to hire
Team Dynamic: The candidate will be the lead for the analyst and will deal with the Tech and Product Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work with the tech team and product team on a new initiative
2. Analyze data and be able to understand and create what is necessary.
3. Help developers and other leads with understanding and communicating the data.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
1. Technical Business Analyst with extensive expertise in financial applications, microservices/API integration, and testing skills with Postman, etc.
2. Technical Business Analyst with extensive expertise in Modernization of Mainframe systems to distributed technologies like J2EE, ETL, etc.
3. Confluence
4. Jira
5. Experienced in writing queries using SQL
6. Experience as Scrum Master, Project manager and facilitating agile ceremonies
7. Experience in translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications and User Story Creation & Acceptance Criteria etc.
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Mainframe technologies like COBOL,JCL, DB2, VSAM files etc.
2. Experience in Functional Documentation for APIs using tools like Swagger etc.
3. Analytical Skills
Soft Skills:
Communication Skills - should be able to answer questions about the software/data
Education Required:
A bachelor's degree is required, master's is preferred.

Level 4 - 7 years and up

Interview Process:
Video interview with Java Mgr, Mainframe Mgr, and at least one more manager. Interview should be one hour long.
