The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options, including singles, packs, matching pairs, and monthly membership. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office We're looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of digital and print projects in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment. You'll work closely with our Senior Designer and marketing team to create compelling, on-brand visuals that drive engagement and tell the MeUndies story. What You'll Do Design Production: Create and adapt designs for email campaigns, social media, website, paid ads, and other marketing channels. Assist with print design needs, such as packaging, inserts, and out-of-home materials. Ensure all assets are optimized for their intended platform and meet technical requirements. Creative Support: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts. Contribute to seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives. Brand Consistency: Uphold MeUndies' visual identity by ensuring designs align with brand guidelines. Provide fresh ideas while maintaining consistency across all platforms and channels. File Management: Organize and maintain design files to ensure a streamlined workflow. Prepare final artwork files for print and digital delivery with technical accuracy. What You Have Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of design experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere) is a bonus. Creative Abilities: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to create engaging, on-brand designs that resonate with the target audience. Illustration or photography skills are a plus but not required. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback constructively. The base salary range for this full-time position is $68,640 -$80,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
