Shoes For Crews North America, LLC (SFC) is a dynamic designer, manufacturer and business-to-business marketer of the most technologically advanced, top-rated slip-resistant footwear for the foodservice, hospitality, industrial, and healthcare workplaces. SFC protects over 3.5 million workers per year in over 120,000 workplaces from slip and fall accidents. For over 30 years, the Company has built its reputation through innovative product development technologies, proprietary manufacturing, and distinct niche marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing collateral across digital and print formats (emails, banners, social media, web graphics, catalogs, sell sheets, trade show assets)
  • Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to ensure creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign strategy
  • Participate in creative concepting and brainstorms with the broader marketing team
  • Assist in photo editing, retouching, and preparing assets for production
  • Support the team with layout updates, resizing assets, and production tasks
  • Ensure all creative is accurate, proofread, and delivered on time
  • Maintain digital asset organization, version control, and archiving
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in our industry

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of graphic design experience (internships/freelance accepted)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
  • Understanding of brand consistency and responsive design principles
  • Bonus: basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere)
  • Bonus: knowledge of HTML/CSS or email design platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and visual problem solving
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in managing multiple projects
  • Team player with a positive, solutions-first attitude
