Job Description

Pizzeria Bianco Rosso in Camarillo, CA is seeking a kitchen assistant for a part-time position. The ideal candidate must be able to cook, clean and wash dishes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Be able to stand on feet for long hours (up to 5 hours) without rest.
• Always adhere to standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
• Completes duties on opening and closing prep and checklists.
• Prepares a variety of food products including salads, pastas, pizzas, and sandwiches.
• Prepares all food products in accordance with portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station including tables, shelves, walls, kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the management.

Position Work Hours & Availability:

• Part-time position
• Tuesday - Sunday

Requirements:

• No prior restaurant experience is required

Compensation

• Hourly (Rate depending on experience)
