Essential Duties & Functions

• Lead and manage all logistics and supply chain operations
• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer requirements
• Act as the primary logistics contact for customers, addressing issues as needed
• Optimize inventory performance and oversee inventory control
• Manage container processes and ensure production has the necessary materials
• Improve supply chain processes and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate delivery schedules and transportation logistics
• Build and lead a high-performing logistics team through training and development

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with a strong focus on automotive and international transportation
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
