Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is a list of general job responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant position.
· Support the creation of demographic reports, void analyses, and traffic count data.
· Assist with mapping tasks using SitesUSA and Google MyMaps, including researching and compiling address data into spreadsheets.
· Help prepare and maintain Site Survey spreadsheets, including adding links and pulling relevant reports.
· Assist with Real Estate Committee Components, including spreadsheet management and research tasks.
· Manage and update flyers and offer memorandums for the Brokerage team, ensuring proper file organization and optimization of document sizes.
· Assist in updating Pitch Decks by adding relevant tenant logos and updating broker information for each deck.
· Provide support with tour preparations, including spreadsheet management, printing and binding materials, and pulling necessary reports.
· Join social media groups and professional platforms to keep updated on industry-related topics.
· Network with industry experts to drive brand awareness.
· Coordinate team events and manage the internal company events calendar.
· Work with internal departments to develop and organize communication needs.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
· Business Administration Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in Marketing
· Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing or Communications.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Canva, Google Maps, and Google Earth.
· Hands-on experience with web content management tools
· Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
· Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
· Photography/Videographer experience a plus

· Strong problem-solving abilities, able to tackle challenges with minimal information.
· Creative party planning.
