Marketing Assistant – Midlands Location: Northampton Salary: £25k Job Type: Full-time Contract – 12 month FTC Looking to grow your marketing career in a role that makes a real difference to local communities and the environment? Supporting the planning and delivery of regional marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, PR and events Assisting with event logistics and on-site coordination for marketing events Providing administrative support, including meeting coordination, internal communications and finance processes Developing marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures and digital content in line with brand guidelines Ensuring local platforms (web and social media) are current, relevant and aligned with the national strategy Handling local PR activity, including supporting on both proactive and reactive press needs Providing regular presence across operating sites, offering on-the-ground support and marketing guidance Helping manage relationships with agencies and suppliers What do you need to apply? At least 2 years of experience in a Marketing Assistant or similar role Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders Creativity and problem-solving mindset, with an eye for detail A passion for public transport and its role in creating sustainable, connected communities A proactive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to travel across the region Competence in using digital tools and platforms (e.g. social media, CMS, Microsoft Office) Why choose Stagecoach?
