Innovative outdoor advertising company seeks a part-time Marketing Assistant. You will assist the Managing Director with daily operations of our Folsom, CA office. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for new lead generation and existing prospect and client outreach with the goal to allow our Managing Director to focus on the closing stages of the sales cycle. This position will also be responsible for completing excel proposals in an effort to support our clients advertising campaigns, as well as general administrative tasks. This is a paid part-time gig position. 10-20 hrs per week, make your own schedule during typical office hours. General Responsibilities include: Identify and prepare email lists, and database maintenance Lead generation through emails and cold calls to identify "decision makers" Manage incoming and outgoing emails for our Managing Director Develop/Identify new prospects internet research Preparing client proposals General Administrative duties: including filing, answering phones,etc. Requirements: Good interpersonal skills and must feel comfortable communicating with clients Excellent computer skills (good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel ) Be able to work independently and have good organizational skills Be a self-starter and an efficient worker Be accurate and detail-oriented Be willing to work in a small office environment Working knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) High School or equivalent and some college Please email your resume to Michael Spoto at [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr The Outdoor Link
