• Proven experience in running and optimizing multi-platform ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time data.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and YouTube advertising.
• Experience in real estate or lead generation marketing is a plus (but not required).
