About the Role The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Neuropsychiatry is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders within their territory. They facilitate scientific exchange, support clinical research, and provide medical insights to ensure optimal patient access and safe use of BMS medicines. Key Responsibilities Engage with healthcare professionals to answer scientific and product-related questions, using various channels. Assess the medical landscape to identify needs and opportunities for collaboration and research. Attend medical congresses and communicate insights to internal teams. Develop and implement medical and field medical plans aligned with therapeutic area objectives. Provide scientific support and training to internal teams and external stakeholders. Support clinical trial activities, including site identification, investigator engagement, and study follow-up. Minimum Qualifications Advanced degree in medical or biosciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.) 3-5 years of experience as an MSL or in clinical practice, preferably in psychiatry or mental health. Desired Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of neuropsychiatry, clinical trial design, and healthcare environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle. Willingness to travel within the territory.
