What You’ll Do
Complete a structured training program focused on mortgage lending, sales, and loan processing
Assist clients through the mortgage application process, including credit checks and pre-approvals
Educate buyers and homeowners on loan products, rates, and financing options
Support senior loan officers in managing pipelines and client communications
Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in building a long-term career in sales, finance, or real estate
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
No prior mortgage or sales experience required
Willingness to obtain your NMLS license within 60 days (sponsored by the company)
Compensation and Benefits
$20/hour base pay (full-time)
Uncapped commission potential after licensing
First-year earning potential (OTE): $55,000–$100,000+
Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
