Job Title: NetSuite Implementation Accountant (Contract)

Location: Remote or Hybrid Coeur d'Alene

Pay: $50-$60 per hour
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

CV Resources is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Accountant to assist a manufacturing company transitioning from Oracle to NetSuite . This contract role will focus on the financial aspects of the migration , ensuring accurate data conversion, financial reporting integrity, and system optimization for the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the migration of financial data from Oracle to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Configure chart of accounts, financial reporting, and accounting workflows in NetSuite.
Assist in setting up revenue recognition, job costing, and inventory accounting .
Reconcile general ledger accounts to validate proper data conversion.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to enhance reporting and streamline month-end close processes.
Develop and test financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Provide training and post-implementation support to the accounting team.

Qualifications:

Experience with NetSuite implementation in an accounting/finance capacity.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidations, job costing, and revenue recognition .
Experience with ERP migrations (Oracle to NetSuite preferred) .
CPA or strong accounting background highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills .
