Job Title: NetSuite Implementation Accountant (Contract)

Location: Remote or Hybrid Coeur d'Alene

  Pay: $50-$60 per hour
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

CV Resources is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Accountant to assist a manufacturing company transitioning from Oracle to NetSuite . This contract role will focus on the financial aspects of the migration , ensuring accurate data conversion, financial reporting integrity, and system optimization for the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the migration of financial data from Oracle to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Configure chart of accounts, financial reporting, and accounting workflows in NetSuite.
• Assist in setting up revenue recognition, job costing, and inventory accounting .
• Reconcile general ledger accounts to validate proper data conversion.
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams to enhance reporting and streamline month-end close processes.
• Develop and test financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite implementation in an accounting/finance capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidations, job costing, and revenue recognition .
• Experience with ERP migrations (Oracle to NetSuite preferred) .
• CPA or strong accounting background highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills .
