**Location:** Des Moines, Iowa

**Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire (6 month contract until full-time)

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM 4:00 PM / Weekly Pay

**Position Overview:** Seeking a skilled **Carpenter** to assist in a variety of restoration projects. Daily tasks will involve framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and more. Training is available for those new to specific tasks, while experienced team members are encouraged to mentor others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Execute construction services including framing, drywall installation, and painting.

+ Perform content restoration and environmental services as needed - Handling repairs related to fire, smoke, and water damage.

+ Assist in the installation of countertops, doors, windows, and siding.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

**Work Environment:** This is a fully on-site position in Des Moines, Iowa. The company provides all necessary job materials and vehicles, including gas cards. Personal vehicle use may be allowed under specific conditions. We emphasize employee comfort and safety, encouraging team members to explore new tasks with available support and training.
