Are you an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner looking for a dynamic, flexible, and rewarding role? We are seeking a skilled NP to provide in-home primary care and telehealth services in Killeen. What You ll Do: Provide high-quality in-home primary care and telehealth services Week 1: 3 days of in-home visits, 2 days of telehealth services Week 2: 2 days of in-home visits, 3 days of telehealth services Maintain a flexible, hybrid schedule 50% work from home, 50% in the field Offer comprehensive care with a focus on patient well-being Collaborate with a supportive and caring team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes What We re Looking For: ️ NP or PA license for the state of Texas
