Position Details:
Position: Operations Processor 1 ( Office Assistant )
Job duration: 6 months ( Possible extension )
Location: Marlton, NJ 08053 (Onsite)
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM EST) - 40 hours/week
Pay Range: $19 - 20/hour
Tentative Start Date: ASAP
Job Details:
Will assist in multiple areas of the office, including opening, scanning, and data entry.
Proficient in 10-key numeric data entry as well as alphanumeric data entry.
Be familiar with handling and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies on invoices and payments.
Quality checking.
Ability to key alpha-numeric.
Admin work.
Office clerical environment.
Great attention to detail and working with sensitive customer information.
Repetitive work - Be able to do a similar function often.
