Job Description

Seeking an Office Operations/Hospitality Clerk to work at a great firm in Newark, NJ. This person will support within Services and Mailroom Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and iManage for daily tasks
• Sort, scan, distribute, and log incoming mail, faxes, and packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Manage print, copy, scan, and binding jobs, including CD/DVD duplication
• Coordinate messenger services and outgoing mail, including postage and stamping
• Maintain inventory of office and mailroom supplies; prepare and restock as needed
• Set up and clean conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Assist with moving boxes, files, and materials between locations as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment
• Report maintenance concerns promptly to ensure minimal disruption
• Understand and follow machine operation procedures and postage regulations
• Follow written and verbal instructions effectively and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Lift up to 30 pounds as needed

This is a contract to hire role

5x a week on-site
