Job Description
We are looking for Operations assistant responsible for managing all administrative functions related to the day-to-day office activities associated with current/upcoming. This would include, but not limited to; customer set up, job set up, change order set up, and billing requests.
Location: Ashburn, VA
Start Date/Time: ASAP
Duration: Temp to perm
Schedule - 2 weeks in office then working remote
Project Details:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support operations team with customer and project setup in PCMX.
Own project billing and customer collection, escalate issues as
Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting finance and operations functions within a corporate/construction
Experience working within multiple systems
Experience obtaining and disseminating system information to key stakeholders throughout various departments.
Experience working within Excel.
Ability to communicate across multiple organizations and
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team
Understanding of business terms
Proven track record in operations and finance
Ability to read and interpret policy and process documentation and methods and procedures
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with construction billing is a plus.
Intermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables, Sum if, VLOOKUP).
Fundamental background knowledge within accounting.
