Position Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant to support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day content, advertising, and digital management tasks. This is a fast-paced, creative, and execution-focused role ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in the digital marketing world within a high-performing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Editing: Assist with drafting, proofreading, and editing social media captions, ad copy, and basic marketing content across platforms.
• Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for OMNIUX and client brands.
• Digital Profile Oversight: Support in maintaining and optimizing social profiles, updating bios, links, highlights, and branded visuals as needed.
• Ad Management: Use pre-approved ad sets and creative assets to build, launch, and monitor paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) under the direction of the Head of Marketing.
• Creative Collaboration: Work alongside the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all content and ads.
• Reporting Support: Assist in gathering performance data and summarizing key metrics for ongoing campaign reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management (internships and freelance work count)
• Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Ads, and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite)
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Enthusiastic about marketing trends, branding, and creative execution
• Bonus: Basic understanding of analytics and paid media tools

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule with availability for regular check-ins during business hours (Arizona time)
• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience - retainer payment schedule preferred.
