**Pay Rate: $18/hour**
**Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM**
**Job Description:**
+ As a Print Operator, you will be responsible for processing healthcare documents, checks, and printing transaction statements. You will collaborate with the scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to meet client SLAs. Key responsibilities include:
+ Operating and managing multiple printers, including Xerox Nuveras, Versants, Baltoro Ink Jet, 1300 c/f Lines, and Trivor Ink Jet equipment.
+ Performing preventive maintenance and quality checks to identify and report malfunctioning issues.
+ Documenting and communicating all issues to leads or managers.
+ Monitoring equipment continuously to ensure proper operation.
+ Following instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously.
+ Completing all required documentation and reviewing materials to meet quality standards.
+ Addressing troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
+ Understanding and supporting staff job responsibilities to obtain required support.
**Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and basic computer operating knowledge (touch screen, mouse, reboot, etc.).
+ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, and the ability to accurately interpret information.
+ Must meet the physical demands of the job, including repetitive hand use, bending, lifting, twisting, turning, and standing for long periods.
+ Willingness to work until tasks are completed and to work overtime as needed with minimal supervision.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
